MULTI MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS FOR ALL REPTILES AND AMPHIBIANS
Miner-ALL I for indoor use, O for outdoor use Developed out of necessity, tested on animals, not in laboratories. For the past several years, our company Sticky Tongue Farms has been involved in the breeding, raising, and selling of old world chameleons. During this time we received clutch after clutch of viable eggs from our adult animals, which we would incubate and hatch. These hatchlings would be given every known advantage in order to achieve good growth and vigorous health, unfortunately, these animals still didn’t compare to the same species being imported from the wild. Their skin texture lacked the coarse scalation, wartiness and coloration of their wild counterparts. Their growth rates were also much slower. Babies kept indoor under special lights would develop metabolic bone disease and other physical disorders. The differences between wild raised and our captive raised chameleons were like night and day! We tried everything we could think of to improve our hatchlings appearances and vigor. We used all of the reptile minerals and vitamins that were on the market and still the problems were there. We networked with other breeders and found their experiences paralleled ours. We knew there had to be an answer! A friend of ours who had been successful in formulating special diets and supplements for birds, and also was a breeder of reptiles, was asked to tackle the problem and he said he would be happy to. A few months went by and one day he showed up at our door with a bag of powder and asked us to use it on our hatchlings and let him know what happened. We began immediately to test and record our results using the new mineral supplement. From the beginning we noticed that this product had a much finer consistency than any other we had used previously. It could be dusted on even fruit flies, pinhead crickets, and aphids and would cling to them magically without killing them.
